good location varied breakfast spa services small room fluctuating temperatures missing towels

The location was certainly convenient. A lot of restaurants were very close. the breakfast provided a good variety. the spa services seemed like a pleasant addition, though i didn't personally use them.

My room felt quite small and did not completely match the pictures i saw online. the shower had fluctuating temperatures. It made showering less comfortable.

i found the location convenient, very close to the royal palace. the breakfast had a very nice selection of snacks and cakes. the staff helped me promptly when i asked for an additional service. the hotel provided tea facilities, which i appreciated in my room.

i found the spa area a bit small for the number of guests.

The location was superb, steps from major attractions. My room was very clean, and daily cleaning services were provided. I also appreciated the free access to the sauna and jacuzzi facilitieswith a relaxing experience after a long day.

The elevator operation was sometimes unreliable. It caused slight delays during peak hours.

superb location meticulous cleaning relaxing sauna

I found the location superb. It offered immediate access to key attractions and dining options. The daily room cleaning was meticulous, ensuring a consistently fresh environment. I particularly appreciated the complimentary access to the sauna and jacuzzi.

The television in my room presented some operational difficulties. Despite a replacement, the color settings remained inconsistent and distracting. I hope they resolve this problem soon.

The hotel's location is superb, close to historic sites. The breakfast was excellent. The staff provided assistance with currency exchange and even prepared an early breakfast for our departure. I found the team to be very attentive .

The location is very central. lots of food options are nearby and museums are within walking distance. i found it easy to access the bus to the airport. Uber also picked me up around the corner.
